Southlake Class Descriptions
Bootcamp:
This is the perfect complete body workout. We combine traditional abs, cardio, and strength work without complicated choreography.
Core & More:
Our workout blends moderate cardio intervals with weights and abdominal work to help you build a strong core.
Cycle/Krank Fusion:
This class is the ultimate full body experience. We incinerate calories while building strength using Livestrong® Cycles for our lower body workout and Johnny G Krankcycles® for a unique upper body workout.
Fusion/Pump/Stretch:
Start your cardio off in our Cycle/Krank Studio for Fusion (10 minutes of Cycling/10 minutes of Kranking), then take your workout upstairs to our Group X Studio for 20 minutes of weight training and 15 minutes of deep focused stretching.
Pilates:
This class improves strength, flexibility, coordination, alignment, and balance. You will work on building core strength and enhancing the mind/body connection. Pilates is a great way to stregthen abdominals and the lower back.

Total Body Blast:
Get ready to burn calories. If you like weights combined with cardio, you'll love this class.
Vinyasa Yoga:
Our Vinyasa style classes involve linking Hatha yoga poses together in a flowing format to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. This total mind-body workout also features relaxation and breath work.

Zumba®:
These classes use energetic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow dance steps to creat a dynamic and exciting workout.
